How We Can Support You
Our customer’s safety and keeping you connected to your telecommunications services is our priority. Our team is specially trained to help you stay connected with options which may include, depending on your circumstances:
- Help secure your account and personal information
- Restrict access to your account where appropriate
- Update contact details to a safe email or phone number
- Transfer your service to a new account where possible
- Assist with disconnection or relocation requests
- Help you stay connected if your situation changes
- Find flexible options for payment assistance
